A few years ago, I cut dairy out of my diet and ate a lot more vegetables (from sometimes 0 to at least 1 serving/day) for 30 days and I was almost disappointed that I felt great while eating healthier! I have also tried to eat vegan and failed, multiple times. What I’ve learned is that little baby steps are the best way for me to create good habits. Even the simple ones like drinking enough water and not eating the entire pint of Ben & Jerry’s in one sitting really make a difference. Here I will share what I learn as I go!
